BARRY L. RODOLFF The founder and president of The Rodolff Law Firm, APC, Barry L. Rodolff, is a highly experienced lawyer who has been assisting clients faced with civil litigation for more than two decades. Mr. Rodolff developed his skills with two well-respected defense firms, Schell & Delamer, and Haight, Brown & Bonesteel. While at the nationally known Haight Brown, Mr. Rodolff concentrated on medical and pharmaceutical cases, especially on complex litigation charging that drug manufacturers’ products caused brain damage in babies. With the firm serving as regional counsel for several drug companies, Mr. Rodolff also supervised lawyers throughout the Western United States engaged in pharmaceutical defense. |
From 1990 through 1994 Mr. Rodolff worked in-house at Travelers Insurance Company, representing a variety of insured companies in many types of litigation. Mr. Rodolff left Travelers in 1994 to become the managing partner of the law firm later known as Campion Rodolff & Emrich LLP. At that firm, Mr. Rodolff represented businesses and insurance companies in a wide variety of civil litigation, from auto accidents to major catastrophes. His clients ranged from small businesses to multinational corporations.Mr. Rodolff decided to open The Rodolff Law Firm, APC to enhance his ability to work closely with and be responsive to clients. He brings extensive experience and knowledge in the defense of litigation involving premises liability, business, product liability, personal injury, employment, construction defect, and intentional torts. He is a past chair of the Solo and Small-Firm Section of the Orange County Bar Association.Admitted to practice in all California courts and in the federal courts in California, Mr. Rodolff has jury trial experience in the Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino courts. In addition to defense verdicts at trial, Mr. Rodolff also has received many defense awards at arbitration, including binding arbitration. Further, Mr. Rodolff has prevailed on numerous summary judgment motions and, when needed, protected the judgment on appeal.A Southern California native, Mr. Rodolff earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in 1984 and a bachelor’s degree in public administration, summa cum laude, from California State University, Dominguez Hills, California, in 1981. |
